curdled the milk

crying

reaching, taking steps

from

another’s life

initial in

process of thought

just starting

to work

fingers

to bone

before such hands

harden.

raw

in

schemes cooked up since

release

-envying-

what was lost  -wandering-

last time around  -hysterical-

eyes pale from

having seen so much

moon

have no more use

for souls

for mirrors

for tides pulling low

each birth

registering more wants

more letdowns

, falling.

crests previously  -former-

have no 

say so to give

to

cliff

to climb.
