Back Pocket Book Entry 27

Atlas now with reserves
of Sufi strain

has learned much
from his dervish
of a burden.

Blame brings more strength
and each quake
is proof.

Beyond shrugs,
he moves to jostle
and jiggle

And is thankful for such a plaything
when the gods
have only man –
he has it all.
